Kurt W. Rose

Kurt W. Rose, 81, of Sinking Spring, died April 6, 2010 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born in Germany, he was a son of the late Herman O. and Bertha (Warm) Rose.

Kurt was a 1946 graduate of Wyomissing High School and a 1954 graduate of Wharton School of Business.

He was employed as a psychiatric aide for the Department of Public Welfare, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, until his retirement in 1989.

Kurt is survived by his sons: Thomas K., Laureldale and James W., Robesonia; and his daughter, Barbara Ann, Fleetwood.

There are ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren surviving.

Graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery of Centre Township.
