Kristen D. Werner

Kristen D. Werner (59) passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 11th, 2022.

Born December 25th, 1962, she is the daughter of the late Sabine (nee Kohler) and C. Russell Werner.

Kristen spent most of her career working as the director of telecommunications at the Berks County Services Center, Reading.

Kristen was a lover of language, an avid gardener, and a fierce German soccer fan. A fan of the oldies, she enjoyed Sting, The Doors, and The Grateful Dead. A self-proclaimed witch, she enjoyed collecting crystals and loved black cats. A lover of nature, all animals were her friends, especially the cardinals and squirrels she would feed from her porch.

She is survived by her husband Jason Norris; son Mitchell; daughter-in-law Karissa; stepsister Karen wife of Fred Barth; nieces Hillary, Allison, Christina, and Abagail; nephews Collin and Andrew; and cats Mitzi and Minki.
