Kevin E. Rothermel

Memorial services for Kevin E. Rothermel, 43, who died Dec. 12, will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading.

Rothermel, Muhlenberg Township, died as a result of injuries suffered in a three-car crash along Route 422 in South Heidelberg Township. He was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital near Allentown, where he was pronounced dead at about 1 p.m.

The cause of death has been ruled accidental by the Lehigh County coroner's office.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Edwin E. and Dorothy M. (Keller) Rothermel, Hyde Park.

Rothermel had been employed for four years as a cabinet maker by Fleetwood Industries.

He was a 1979 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

Also surviving are two sons, Cory S. and Brent R., both of Lancaster.

Other survivors include a brother, Ken A., Chicago; and two sisters, Karol K. (Rothermel) Mills, Virginia Beach, Va., and Darlene M. (Rothermel) Sullivan, Leesport.
