Kevin C. Lydon

Kevin C. Lydon,64, passed away on April 15, 2024, at his residence. He was the life partner of Renée Morris. They shared 11 wonderful years together.

Born in Reading, he was the son of Vivian (Flannery) Poeller and the late Robert Lydon. Kevin was a 1977 graduate of Boyertown High School. He was currently employed at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store in the Suburbia Shopping Center, Pottstown, PA . He was previously employed as a driver for Reading Metro since 1992.

Kevin will be remembered for many things, including his devotion to his family and friends. He loved and cherished the time he got to spend with his children, grandchildren, and his four-legged buddy, Tanner Boy. Kevin was an avid fan of all Philly sports teams, including college teams. He enjoyed living the country life and taking care of the lawn and garden. His favorite time of year was spring, and he loved watching the flowers bloom.

In addition to Renée, those left to treasure Kevin's memory are his daughter, Jennifer Lydon; stepsons: Wes Morris (Beth), and Todd Morris; grandson, Jason DeJesus; step-grandchildren: Aiyanna, Keegan, Atticus, and Evelyn; siblings: Robert Lydon (Kimberly), Bernice Brightbill (James), Kirk Lydon (Carly); his four-legged friend Tanner; as well as several nieces and nephews. Kevin is preceded in death by his siblings: Pam Lydon, Cheryl Holmes and Craig Lydon.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 22 at 4 p.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. A viewing will be held from 2 p.m. until the start of the service.
