Kevin C. Gallinot, 61, passed away unexpectedly, January 19, 2018, in his Kenhorst residence.
Born in Carbondale, PA, he was the son of the late Carl and Eleanor (Petrous) Gallinot.
Kevin was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale.
He was a United States Army Veteran.
Kevin was employed by PennDot as a Driver's License Examiner for 25 years, retiring November 18, 2017.
He was a member of the Kenhorst Fire Company Social Quarters and the Grill Fire Company Social Quarters
Kevin enjoyed camping and fishing and being in the outdoors. He was a caring and stand up gentlemen and was loved by all who knew him. He will be remembered and missed by all his friends and family.
He is survived by his two daughters Melissa, wife of Michael Strunk, Delaware; and Mallory Gallinot, Carbondale. He is also survived by his three siblings, Thomas Gallinot, Steven Gallinot and Richard Gallinot; three grandchildren, Cameron, Emma and Isabella; companion, Patti Paul; Mary Carol Snyder, mother of Melissa and Mallory; boxer companion, Chelsea, and several nieces and nephews.
Kevin was predeceased by his sister, Joann Clemo.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 12 p.m. in the Kenhorst Fire Company Social Quarters, 411 S Kenhorst Blvd, Shillington, PA 19607. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in honor of Kevin can be made to the charity of your choice. Edward J.
