Kenneth Howard Rhen

Kenneth "Moe" H. Rhen, 73, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away January 10, 2013 in his residence.

He was the husband of Paula A. (McIntyre) Rhen.

Born in Schuylkill Haven, he was a son of the late Russell G. and Margaret I. (Bowen) Rhen.

Kenneth proudly served in the United States Army.

He attended Schuylkill Haven School District and also Penn State University for water treatment.

Kenneth was an operating engineer with AT&T for 37 and a half years before he retired in 1995.

He was a 32nd degree member of Masonic Lodge #227 and a life member of Rajah Shrine, and Tall Cedars. He was also a life member of American Legion, Post 28 and Amvets, Post 2 in Millsboro, DE.

In addition to his wife, Kenneth is survived by his brother Ronald R. Rhen, husband of Joan, Orwigsburg. His nephew, Rod Rhen, Wilmington, DE and two nieces, Rhonda Zimmerman and Renee Rhen, both of Royersford, also survive him.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 20, at 1:00PM in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale.
