Kenneth William Harding

Kenneth William Harding, 67, of Morgantown passed away on December 17, 2014 in the St. Joseph Urgent Care.

He was the husband of Arlene F. (Hampton) Harding whom he was happily marred to for 23 years.

Born November 16, 1947 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William and Miriam (Frazer) Harding.

Kenneth graduated from John Bartram High School, 67th and Elmwood Ave., Philadelphia, PA Class of 1965.

Before retiring in 2008, Kenneth worked as a mainframe technician for Unisys Corporation, where he devoted 30 years of his life.

Kenneth was a US Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War as a Communication and Microwave specialist in the Signal Corps.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his stepdaughter Adrienne N. King and granddaughter, Corinne A. King. Also surviving are his siblings: Gary husband of Carol Harding; Ron Sr., husband of Bernice Harding; Judith Harding.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday at 2 pm in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading PA 19611. In Lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Greater Berks Food Bank, 117 Morgan Drive, Reading, PA 19608 or Habitat for Humanity of Berks County, 336 South 18th Street, Reading, PA 19602.
