Kenneth A. Eyrich

Kenneth A. Eyrich, 79, of Spring Township, died June 20, 2015 at Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of Catherine A. (Diefenderfer) Eyrich. They married on October 7, 1961.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Lester and Esther Eyrich.

He was a 1954 graduate of Wilson High School.

Kenneth was employed 30 years by Car Tech.

He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in France.

Kenneth was a member of Lincoln Park United Methodist Church.

He like all sports. Kenneth played for West Reading Legion Baseball team.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, Mark D., husband of Cindy Eyrich, Spring Township and Matthew J. Eyrich, Sinking Spring; his brother, Nelson, husband of Virginia Eyrich, Whitfield and two grandchildren, Jennifer and Jessica.

Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
