Keith H. Poley, 48, formerly of Muhlenberg Township, died June 21, 2004 at 3:20 a.m. in Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading, he was the son of Harold L. Poley of Muhlenberg Township and the late Callie M. (Hoffman) Poley.

Surviving is a half- brother, Scott H. Poley McKenna of Reading.

Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Walter Christ Funeral Home in Laureldale.

Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2045 West Gate Drive in Bethlehem, PA 18017.
