Kathryn V. Malriat

Kathryn V. Malriat, 90, formerly of 537 Raymond Street, Laureldale and the St. Joseph Living Center, Muhlenberg Township died December 5th at 6:40 p.m. in ManorCare Health Services, Laureldale where she had been since April 8, 2000.

She was the widow of Paul J. Malriat who died February 25, 1997.

Born in Reading she was a daughter of the late William F. and Anastasia (Lenich) Buckley.

She was a 1928 graduate of St. Joseph High School, Reading.

Malriat was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen A. (Malriat) Reinert of Allentown and two sons, John P. Malriat of Doylestown, Montgomery County and William J. Malriat of Columbia, Lancaster County.

Other survivors include nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Lester Buckley who died in 1924.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday December 14th at 10:30 am in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic, Hyde Park. Viewings will be Friday from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:30 - 10:00 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
