Kathryn E. Fisher

Kathryn E. Fisher, 105, died June 2 at 8:33 a.m. in her West Lawn residence.

Her husband, Charles H. Fisher, died in 1968.

Born in Kutztown, she was a daughter of the late Ambrose and Racian (Ramer) Moyer.

Fisher had been employed for 20 years as a licensed practical nurse for several area facilities including Berks Heim.

She was a charter member of Advent Lutheran Church, West Lawn, where she was a former Sunday school teacher and choir member.

Fisher was a life member of the West Lawn Senior Citizens.

Surviving is a sister, Eva (Moyer) Kunkel, a resident at Berks Heim.

There are also three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Winfield S., in 1959.

Memorial services will be Sunday, June 12 at 2 p.m. in Advent Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Spring Township. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
