Kathleen M. Tolen

Kathleen M. (Wimer) Tolen, 91, formerly of Sinking Spring, died September 18, 2011 in Cornerstone Living, New Tripoli.

She was the wife of William C. Tolen, who died in 1995.

Born September 14, 1920 in Durbin, WV, she was a daughter of the late Arlie D. and Stella A. (Orsin) Wimer.

Kathleen was a 1938 graduate of Williamsport High School.

She was employed as a key data entry person with Crompton & Knowles, Green Hills for five years and A.W.I., Robesonia for 15 years, retiring in 1992.

Kathleen was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, Whitfield.

Also surviving are four children: Martin W., husband of Judith Tolen of Fleetwood; Deborah K., wife of James Auge of Mohrsville; Patricia A., wife of Ron Eder of Jim Thorpe and James M. Tolen companion of Melissa Graeff of Reading.

Other survivors include ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum.
