Karen Sue Kline

Karen S. Kline, 71, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, in her Temple residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Randall A. Kline.

She was born in Waynesboro, VA, to the late Ray and Joan (Swavely) Reed. For 26 years Karen worked for Western Electric/AT&T/Lucent/Agere. From 2004 until her retirement in 2015, Karen owned and operated Kline's Kleaning. In addition to her parents, Karen was predeceased by her brother Dwight Tinsley, husband of Linda, of Churchville, VA.

She cherished the time spent with family and adored her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, baking, crafting, loved hummingbirds and summers spent in the backyard pool. The beach was her happy place.

Left to treasure Karen's memory are her husband, Randy; her daughter, Kelly Kauffman, wife of Joe Perrone, of Mohnton; her stepdaughter, Kim Meeker, wife of Mike, of Sinking Spring; and her grandchildren, Emma, Harper, and Liam. She is also survived by her siblings, Cheryl Leese (John), Glenn Reed (Mara), Steve Reed, Jeff Reed, and Greg Reed (Sheri); her sister-in-law, Denise Kline; as well as her nieces, nephews, and their families.

In honor of Karen, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Funeral Services for Karen will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc, 5153 Kutztown Rd, Temple PA 19560, with committal to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Viewing and visitation will be held Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
