June D. Wurster

June D. (Bohn) Wurster, 84, formerly of Temple, died September 10, 2012, in ManorCare, Sinking Spring.

She was predeceased by her first husband Raymond H. Meck in 1980 and her second husband, John F. Wurster in 1997.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Hazel E. (Hertzog) Bohn.

She was a graduate of Reading High School.

June worked as a department manager for many years for Boscov's, North. She continued to work for JC Penny and Wanamakers.

She liked traveling and going to the casinos. June was an avid reader and cat lover.

June is survived by her daughter, Donna R., wife of Jay E. Pezdirc, Sinking Spring and her sister, Rosalie, wife of David Gantert, Mt. Penn. Two grandchildren, Stephanie, wife of William Religo and Rebecca Hoshauer; and one expectant great-grandchild also survive her.

She was predeceased by her former husband, Donald T. Heibeck in 1973.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery.
