Julia J. Weisel Rissmiller

Julia J. (Meluskay) Weisel-Rissmiller, 83, of Exeter Township, died November 10th in St. Joseph's Hospital, Reading.

She was the wife of Harold P. Rissmiller of Exeter Township and the widow of Earl Weisel, who died May 13, 1961.

Born in Shenandoah, Schuylkill County, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Sophie (Witkowski) Meluskay.

She was a member of Loraine Chapel, Exeter Township, where she was a member of the Floral Committee.

Rissmiller was employed six years as a machine operator for the former Wide-a-Wake Shirt Company, Muhlenberg Township, retiring in 1972.

She is also survived by a daughter, Diana (Weisel) wife of Gregory Bergstresser of Quakertown, Bucks County.

Other survivors include a granddaughter, Danelle Britt Bergstresser of Quakertown, Bucks County.

Services will be Tuesday at 10:00 am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Daniel Davis officiating. Viewing Tuesday 9:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in Christ Union Cemetery, Trumbauersville, Bucks County. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Avenue, Reading, Pa 19605.
