Julia M. M. R. Brown

Julia M. M. R. Brown Julia M. Manley Rizzo Brown, 86, formerly of Columbia Cottage, State Hill Road, Wyomissing, died April 27 at 9:30 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., Spring Township, where she had been a resident since Oct. 16, 2002.

Her husband, Robert Brown, died in 2001. She had been predeceased by her first husband, Leo Manley, in 1940, and by her second husband, Charles Rizzo, in 1966.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Alfonso and Rose (Pitcherello) Angelo.

Brown was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

She is survived by two sons, Francis L. Manley, Chicago, and William C. Manley, Philadelphia.

Other survivors include a sister, Ann (Angelo) Faller, Mount Penn.

There is also one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
