Judith A. Showalter

Judith A. Showalter, a loving wife and mother, 69, of Reading, went to be with her Lord and Maker on June 6, 2010 at the Reading Hospital.

She was the wife of John C. Showalter.

Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Roy D. and Pearl S. (Sides) Keller.

Judith was a graduate of Manheim Township High School in 1959 and attended Greenbrier College for Women in WV.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Sekine L. "Sue" Hayes, Baltimore, MD and Kelly L., wife of Jon Gottshall, Reinholds.

Other survivors include two sisters, Jacqueline P. Aker of Port St. Lucie, FL and Cynthia L. Kehl of Millsboro, DE. One grandson, Adam D. Gottshall also survives her.

A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading.
