Joyce Marie Santoro

Joyce Marie Santoro, 88, formerly of Myerstown, PA, passed away on July 16, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved husband of the late Victor N. Santoro. They shared almost 50 years together before his passing.

Born in Coats, NC, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Martha (Johnson) Seagroves. For 25 years, Marie proudly owned and operated a hair salon, where she built lasting relationships with her clients, who became friends. She and Victor also made home in Lewes, DE, where she enjoyed being outdoors and going for walks. She also enjoyed gathering with friends and family to play cards, bunco and dominoes.

Above all, Marie will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and generous spirit. She touched the lives of many through both her work and her friendships, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, laughter, and love.

Those cherishing Marie’s memory are her children: Chris Santoro (Stacey), Pamela Savitski (Joseph), and Victor Santoro, Jr. (Cristi); her 6 grandchildren, her 9 great grandchildren, as well as her sisters: Mary Green, Faye VunCannon, and Charlene Chapman. She is predeceased by her brother, Thomas Seagroves.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Resurrection in Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, PA 19605 with entombment to follow.
