Josephine K. Regneth

Josephine (Kroiss) Regneth, 92, passed away at her residence with her devoted son by her side. She was the wife of the late Lorenz Regneth. They shared many wonderful years before his passing in 2008.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of Joseph Kroiss. For 30 years she was employed by Lucent Technologies, having held several positions until her retirement in the mid 1990's.

Josephine was also a charter parishioner at St. Ignatius Loyola Church. The two most important things in Josephine's life were her family and her faith. Any free time she had was spent making memories with her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Lawrence "Larry" Regneth.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, 2600 St Albans Dr, Reading, PA 19609, with interment at Gethsemane Cemetery to follow. A viewing will be held at the church from 12 p.m. until the start of Mass.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Ignatius Church, 2810 St Albans Drive, Reading, PA 19608.
