Josephine J. Magee

Josephine J. Magee, 80, of Spring Township, passed away October 21, 2012 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Gustav and Florence (Zborowski) Jablonski.

She was a 1949 graduate of Central Catholic High School.

Josephine worked as an administrative assistant for the Internal Revenue Service.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola, R.C. Church, Whitfield.

Josephine is survived by her five children: Michael S., husband of Marian Magee, Greenville, SC; James R., husband of Catherine Magee, Eagleville; Brian R., husband of Judy Magee, West Chester; John S., husband of Carol Magee, Sinking Spring and Patricia M., wife of Robert Foster, Sinking Spring. Also surviving are her sister, Jean Jackson, Reading and 11 grandchildren.

She was predeceased by 11 siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, 2810 St Albans Dr., Sinking Spring. A viewing will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the church.
