Josephine C. Guerrier

Josephine C. Guerrier, 87, of Pennwyn Terrace, Mount Penn, died Feb. 6 at 4:16 a.m. in her residence.

Her husband, Peter L. Guerrier, died Oct. 12, 1998.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Dominic and Rose (LaVigna) Caccese.

Guerrier was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Mount Penn.

She is survived by a son, Dennis P., with whom she resided.

Other survivors include a sister, Virginia (Caccese) Matthews-Fontana, Stowe, Montgomery County, and two brothers, Fred and Carl Caccese, both of Reading.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Catharine of Siena Chapel, Mount Penn. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
