Joseph McNeal, 50, passed away at the Reading Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Raymond and Inez (Lowery) McNeal.

He is survived by three brothers: Warren, Raymond and Terrance; and two sisters Eloise(McNeal) Starr and Antionette McNeal.
