Jose Rafael Pichardo nació el 10 de Abril de 1961 en Cotui, Republica Dominicana, hijo de Nicolas Pichardo y Maria Almonte.
Jose gozaba de pasar tiempo con sus familiares y amigos. Le gustaba entretener y pasarse un buen rato con ellos. El era amante de la playa en donde disfrutaba su tiempo libre.
Le sobreviven su esposa, cuatro hijos, su nieta y su 9 hermanos/as
Jose falleció en la paz del señor el 25 de Noviembre de 2023 en Reading Pennsylvania.
Jose sera sepultado junto a sus padres en Cotui, Republica Dominicana.
