Johnny M. Branford

Johnny M. Branford, 52, died January 31, 2015, in his Reading residence.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late John Edward Branford, Jr. and Mary (Spradley) Branford.

He attended Lorane Elementry School, St. Peter's Elementary School and Holy Name High School where he loved playing basketball.

Johnny was one of the first D. J.'s in the Reading area starting in the late 1970's, He currently worked for AutoSpa at Wyomissing. He previously worked at Ames Distribution Center as a security guard and former owner of Touchdown Café.

He is survived by three sons, Johnny T. Branford, Matthew Branford and Marcus Branford, all of Allentown and his brother, Joey Lee Branford, Reading.
