John T. Whitehall, 71, Spring Township, died Nov. 29 in St. Joseph Medical Center, where he had been a patient since Saturday.
He was the husband of Frances H. (Hettinger) Whitehall.
Born in West Reading, he was a son of the late Sidney L. and Naomi (Abele) Whitehall.
Whitehall was employed as a sales representative for Power Component Sales, Pottstown, since 1992. He was previously employed for 30 years as a sales representative by Clisby Associates Inc., Philadelphia.
He was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church, Wyomissing.
Whitehall was a 1952 graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and a 1954 graduate of Wesley Junior College. He also attended West Virginia Wesleyan College.
He was president of the Camp Hill Jaycees from 1963 to 1964.
Other survivors include a son, John T. Jr., Wyomissing; and a daughter, Susan (Whitehall) Smith, Sinking Spring.
There are also two grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Atonement Lutheran Church. Burial will be private. The Edward K. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
