John D Weidenhammer

John D. Weidenhammer, 66, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at his Shillington home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Barbara D. (Daly) Weidenhammer. They married on September 8, 1985.

Born in Reading, PA. John graduated from Reading High School in 1973 and went on to earn a degree from Kutztown University in 1977. He was employed as a buyer for Dana Corp. John was a long time member at Alsace Lutheran Church and was an Eagle Scout. He loved the Philadelphia Phillies.

Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara; his daughter, Kate Kenderdihe (Josh) of Okinawa, Japan, his son, John Weidenhammer of Clayton, NC; his three grandchildren, Carson, Preston and Finnegan.

John was predeceased by his parents, Robert J & Bertha (Dunkelberger).

Services for John will be private.
