John Waltrich, 76, died July 6, 2008 in his Wernersville residence.
He was the husband of Rosa (Lisa) Waltrich.
Born in Ujszentivan, Hungary, he was the son of the late Nikolaus and Elizabeth (Huffnusz) Waltrich.
John was a mechanic for Little Creek Mills for 15 years retiring in 1990; previously, he had been employed by Berkshire Knitting Mills for 23 years in the same capacity.
He was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle Roman Catholic Church, Shillington.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mona L., wife of Marlin Klinger, Bern Twp. and Maria E., wife of David Schoennagel, Exeter Twp.; and one son, Perry N. Waltrich and his girlfriend, Bridget Schrope, Exeter Twp. There is also one grandson, Joshua. He was predeceased by one grandson, Nicholas Klinger, one sister, Elizabeth Buschbacher and one brother, Nikolas Waltrich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. John's Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 8 to 9:15 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
