John Francis Loughran

John Francis Loughran, 76, of Downingtown, passed away August 9, 2013 in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.

He was the husband of Sandra E. (Oliver) Loughran, whom he married January 30, 1971.

Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late George A. and Anna V. (Breslin) Loughran.

He was a 1955 graduate of West Catholic Boys High School, Philadelphia, and a 1959 graduate of Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

John was the owner of Agri-Enzyme Products, LLC for over 30 years.

He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. John was an avid golfer. He was a kind, caring man and loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his two daughters: Alexis Lynn, wife of Wayne Heilala, and their son, Phineas, Media, and Marcia N. Loughran, NYC. Also surviving are his siblings: Nancy, wife of Jack Delaney, Pittsburgh; Margaret, wife of Edward Ozorowski, Norristown; and Lorraine, wife of Albert Postoll, Sarasota, Fl.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. in Gethsemane Chapel, 3139 Kutztown Rd., Laureldale. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
