John Kluck

John David Kluck of Wyomissing, PA, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, with his beloved wife of 60 years holding his hand.

John was born on July 15, 1943 in Hinsdale, IL, the son of Elmer and Dorothy (Floring) Kluck. He graduated from Exeter High School in 1961, then went on to Bloomsburg University where he met Ann Harriet Fister, the love of his life, graduating in 1965 with a degree in Accounting. He earned his MBA from Albright College in 1991.

John and Ann married on July 10, 1965, at the Faith United Church of Christ in Landingville, PA. They made their home and raised their three children in Wyomissing, PA. John served honorably in the Army Reserve from 1966 to 1971. He worked in a variety of roles at Western Electric, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Agere until retiring.

John loved playing golf, watching sports, tending his garden on "the bank," travelling, drinking a cold Yuengling, and eating chocolate but most of all, he loved his family. There was never a summer when John and Ann missed taking their children on a family vacation. Whether it be a cross country road trip in the wood-panelled station wagon, a week at a magical Disney resort, or lounging on the beach in Cancun, it was all about making memories together. During their 60 years together, they also made many great memories with their many groups of friends from the Bloomies to the Court Group to the Bitner Brunch Bunch. In their retirement, John and Ann continued their adventures travelling the world together visiting the seven ancient wonders of the world and more.

Preceding John in death are his parents, Elmer and Dorothy (Floring) Kluck; his sister, Judith (Kluck) Karlson; and infant brother, Thomas Kluck.

Remaining to cherish John's memores are his wife, Ann (Fister) Kluck; daughters, Kimberly (Kluck) Pepper and Belinda (Kluck) Fabrizio; son, Jonathan Kluck; and grandchildren, Nicholas Fabrizio, Jack Fabrizio, Julia Fabrizio, Lauren Pepper, and Michael Pepper. Also surviving are his son-in-law, Mark Pepper; daughter-in-law, Becky Wiza; niece, Jennifer (Ziegler) Eisenhard; and great-nephew, TJ Eisenhard.
