John Karas

John Karas, 93 died December 25th, 2017 in the Laurel Center, Tilden Township. He was born in Chicago, IL and was the husband of Florence (Smagacz) Karas of Hamburg, PA. In addition to his wife, John is survived by a son, Lawrence Karas, husband of Susan, Houston, Texas; two daughters, Barbara Karas, wife of Bruce Johns, Hamburg; and Cheri Karas, Charlotte, NC and seven grandchildren. Services will be private with burial to follow in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Chicago. The Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
