John S. Graeff

John S. Graeff, 74 of Port Clinton died in The Reading Hospital & Medical Center on December 29, 2014. He had been a patient there since December 11th, 2014. John was the husband of Lorraine L. (Knoblauch) Graeff. He was born in Centre Township and was the son of the late Edwin and Elsie (Hoch) Graeff. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and attained the rank of Sargent. After his service he worked among others at Fairmont Foundry and Ash Pump, both in Hamburg. In addition to his wife, his two sons, David A. Graeff at home and Keith R. husband of Cheryl A. Graeff, Schuylkill Haven, survive John. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Keith R. Graeff, Jr. and Kimberly Graeff, both of Schuylkill Haven and one brother Robert husband of Kass Graeff, Kutztown and four nieces and three nephews. One sister, Betty Ogden, predeceased John.
