John E. Dietrich

John E. Dietrich, Jr., 75, of Fleetwood, died September 11, 2010 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the husband of Enriqueta (Lauza) Dietrich.

Born in Schuylkill Haven he was a son of the late John E., Sr. and Marion (Heffner) Dietrich.

John was a supervisor for Ludens, Reading, retiring in 2002.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, retiring from the Army Reserves in 1995, after 27 years of service.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two children: John E. Dietrich III and Niquita E. Dietrich, both of Fleetwood. Also surviving are his three siblings: Richard E., husband of Catherine A. Dietrich, Shillington; Nancy E., wife of Joseph F. Kline, Schuylkill Haven and Fern E., widow of John L. Roeder, Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Rev. Harry Bruen, Topton.

John was predeceased by his sister, Janet E. Bruen.

Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A viewing will be Saturday 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home.
