John Lee Clark

John L. Clark, Jr., 77, passed away peacefully in his Exeter Township home on Sunday, August 19. Born April 25, 1941 in Lansing, MI, he was the son of the late Alice (Aurand) and John L. Clark, Sr. His wife of 45 years, Ann (Johnston) Clark, passed away in 2008.

John held a masters degree in Computer Science from The University of Phoenix and was a computer programmer for several Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and Exxonmobil Chemical. Later in life, he was a successful real estate agent with Help-U-Sell and Bill Williams & Company Real Estate.

In addition to being a self-acknowledged "Technophile," John loved amateur photography, especially excelling at photographing cats, flowers and all of nature.

John is survived by his son John (Lee) Clark, III, husband of Michelle, Stillwater, MN, and daughters Jessica Scheibner, Reading, and Adrienne Clark, Hypoluxo, FL. Also surviving is his grandson Maxwell Clark Scheibner, Reading, and a sister, Jill, wife of James Corwin, Shippensburg.

A private graveside service will be held Friday, August 24 in Waymart, PA. Friends may call Thursday evening, August 23 from 7:00-8:00pm at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA.
