John C. Morgan

John C. Morgan, 67, of Fleetwood, died November 14, 2014 in Suburban Wood Extended Care.

He was the husband of Sharon L. (Golembiewski) Morgan.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Francis V. and Grace A. (Ziegler) Morgan.

He was a 1964 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

John was a Personal Director and Foreman of Yard Maintenance for Royal Green , Ontelaunee Township for 14 years last working in 2009.

He enjoyed traveling especially his trip to Australia with Sharon. He also loved Las Vegas.

John was an avid reader.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Kimberly A., wife of Brian Jarvis, Elizabeth City, NC; eight siblings, James A., Temple, Donald, Kanas City, MO, Ilse Hein, Palmyra, William, Reading, Cordy Kenmerer, Hamburg, Mary Quinter, Riverview Park, Judith Cotton, Mohnton and Carol Gattone, Reading.

He is also survived by his grandson, Sean M. Morgan, VA Beach; his step-daughter, Caylin, wife of Keenon Barhard, NC; his step-great-daughter, Hailey Jarvis; his step-great-grandson, Hayden Barhard and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be Friday at 11a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
