John D. Alexander

John D. Alexander, 45, of Reading, died March 26, 2008, in Reading Hospital.

Born in Seaford, Delaware, he was the son of John C. and Patricia A. (Horstman) Alexander, Bernville. He resided with his fiancee, Lynn Ann T. Kinzey.

He was a graduate of Mt. Penn High School, and attended Penn State University.

John was employed by Berks Credit Collection, Inc., Temple, as an information technology manager.

He was Vice President of Jackson Travelers; Coach of Wilson Soccer Club Youth Traveling Team; and bowled for GM Machine Shop and Church of the Brethren Mens Bowling League.

He is survived by his son, Andrew J. Alexander, and his daughter, Kourtney E. Alexander, both of Reading. A brother, Charles B., husband of Angela Alexander, Boyertown; and a sister, Tammy E., wife of Tony L. Parasco, Hershey, also survive him.

Services will be held Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. 739 Penn Ave. West Reading, PA 19611. Friends may call Friday 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
