Jody F. Wasilko

Jody F. Wasilko, 60, of Bethel, passed away unexpectedly on June 5, 2023, in Monroe County.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Frank J. and Roxann Y. (McKinney) Wasilko.

Jody was employed as a truck driver for Schlouch Construction Company.

He was a loyal member of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club, Berks County Chapter and was the president of said chapter for many years.

Jody was a biker, a Brother, a friend, a father, and a son. He was always quick with a hug and made everyone feel like family. He was a light-hearted jokester, and his laugh was infectious.

He is survived by his son, Matthew F. Wasilko, companion to Kayla A. Cresswell, and his brother, John P., husband of Jennifer M. Wasilko. He also leaves behind step-daughters Rachelle Postal (née Rauenzahn), wife of Ryan Postal and Kelly Nietubyc (née Rauenzahn), wife of Christopher Nietubyc.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday June 14, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 94 Walnut Rd, Hamburg, PA 19526. A viewing will be Tuesday, June 13, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 40 South 4th St., Hamburg and Wednesday June 14, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
