Joan D. Mccall

Joan D. McCall, 81, of North 23rd Street, Mount Penn, died Feb. 27 at 4:45 p.m. in her residence.

She was the wife of William McCall.

Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late James and Mae Jane (Maguire) Sinclair.

McCall was a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas School, Edinburgh.

She is also survived by two daughters, Laura J. (McCall) Becker, Manorville, N.Y., and Caroline P. McCall, Royersford, Montgomery County.

Other survivors include a brother, Hugh Sinclair, Edinburgh, and a sister, Mae (Sinclair) Garton, Biggleswade, England.

There are also four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, William, and a daughter, Geraldine McCall.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
