Jessie L. Taksa

Jessie L. Taksa, (95), passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023, at her Reading home. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Susan (Kerber) Jozwiak. Jessie graduated from Reading High School and attended Temple University. She was employed as an administrator for the city of Reading.

Jessie was an expert knitter and seamstress. She was an avid reader. Jessie was very social and enjoyed being around people.

Jessie is survived by her daughter, Susan O'Dee, wife of John, of Highland, NY.

She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Suzette Jozwiak.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
