Jerry E. Thomason

Jerry E. Thomason, 73, passed away on July 23, 2025 in the home he shared with his fiance Bonita Hoke.

Born in Modesto, CA, he was the son of the late Elbert and Betty (Brackett)Thomason. He graduated from Modesto High, and built a lifelong career in sales. He spent the last 25 years of his career as a credit card merchant sales banker with M&T Bank.

Jerry was a passionate outdoorsman who found great joy in hunting, fishing, trap shooting, and the occasional round of golf. A lifelong conservationist, he was a proud supporter of Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, and the Pennsylvania Wildlife Federation. He devoted many years to teaching Hunter Safety courses, sharing his knowledge and love for the outdoors with future generations. Jerry also had a deep bond with his beloved Labrador retrievers—Doc, Annabelle, Toby, and Kai—whom he lovingly trained to flush birds and cared for with unwavering dedication.

Jerry is survived by fiance, Bonita Hoke; his daughters and son: April Struckmann (Bradley), Pamula Parramore, William Wilczek, Amanda Holland (Jeremy); Mother of his children: Audrey Thomason; his fiancés children: Sharon Herman (Terry), Adam Michael Lucas (Ashleigh), Diana Williams; his grandchildren: Daniel, Samuel, Hannah, Addison, Preston, Aria, Victoria, Gabrielle, Hannah, and Joshua; his great granddaughters, Natalie and Claire; as well as his siblings: Kaye, Kathy, Laura and Sara. He is predeceased by his brother, Johnny.

Memorial services will be held privately at Jerry's request.
