Jeramie M. Eisenhardt

Jeramie M. Eisenhardt, 27 of Hamburg died in the Hershey Medical Center on December 19th. He is survived by his fiancée Brittney Steinmetz of Hamburg. He was born in West Reading and was the son of Michael N. Eisenhardt of Rehrsburg and Kim L. (Miller) Lash of Hamburg. He was of the Seventh Day Adventist Faith. In addition to his parents and fiancée he is survived by his step- father, Rodney Lash, two sons, Evan and Kaden Eisenhardt, one sister, Sarah Hall, one step-brother Dylan Lash and his grandmother, Betty Hurst all of Hamburg. Many other loving family members also survive him. Because of the family's generosity many others will live thru the "Gift of Life Program." A memorial visitation will be held on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th Street, Hamburg, PA. 19526. Burial will be private.
