Jennifer E. (Kuhn) Snyder, 27, of North Heidelberg Twp, died February 27, 2014, in Kennedy Memorial Hospital, Stratford, NJ.
She was the wife of Christopher J. Snyder.
Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of John "Jack" R. and Lori L. (Naftzinger) Kuhn, North Heidelberg Twp.
She was a graduate of Conrad Weiser High School in 2004 and St. Joseph's University in 2008, (The Hawk will never die). Jennifer was a warranty administrator for Conicelli Hyundai, Conshohocken. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Robesonia.
An outstanding goalkeeper, Jennifer was a two-time all-state selection and an academic all American. She was also chosen twice to the all regional first team. Jennifer played EPYSA ODP Program, was on the regional team for three years and was in the national pool. Jennifer went on to play division I soccer at St. Joseph's University.
After college, Jennifer coached for the EPYSA ODP Program, at Kutztown University, for several clubs and premier teams in the Philadelphia area and most recently served as an assistant coach at Penn State Berks for both the men's and women's teams this past fall.
Jennifer is also survived by her sister Jessica L, wife of Luke R. Pisker, Bethesda, MD and her maternal grandmother, Betty Naftzinger, Mohrsville. She is sorely missed by her dog, Dutch.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church, Robesonia. Friends may call Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the church. The family requests those attending the service wear colorful and comfortable attire as this would be something Jennifer would appreciate the most.
