Jennifer Ann Blatt

Jennifer Ann (Raffanelli) Blatt, 54, of 206 Chestnut Street, West Reading died March 28th at 4:16pm in the Emergency Room of The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was the wife of Ronald E. "Butch" Blatt.

Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Anna E. (Baragone) Raffanelli.

She was a 1966 graduate of West Reading High School.

Blatt was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, West Reading.

She worked for 20 years in the cafeteria for the Wyomissing School District for 20 years last working December 18, 2002 as the Head Cook.

Blatt also worked eight years as a cook at Country Meadows at Wyomissing, Last working in November.

She was a member of the Beneficial Society Ladies Auxiliary at Victor Emmanuel II, Reading.

Blatt was a life member of the Berks Firemans Ladies Auxiliary and the Volunteer Firemans Beneficial Association of West Reading.

She was also the past second vice-president of Reading's Womens Bowling Association and a member of Reading Womens Bowling Association Hall of Fame.

Blatt is also survived by two sisters, Joann (Raffanelli) wife of Dominic F. DiBiase of Sinking Spring and Patricia A. (Raffanelli) Murray of Mohrsville.

Services will be Wednesday 11:00 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Rev. Jeffrey C. Stonesifer officiating. Viewing Tuesday Evening 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home. Burial in St. Daniel's Cemetery, Robesonia.
