Jeffrey A. Kline

Jeffrey A. Kline, 44, died March 15, 2008 in his Reading residence.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Freda D. (Rader) Kline, Reading and the late Russell E. Kline.

He was a graduate of Reading High School in 1981; followed by a four year stint in the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Nimitz.

Jeff was last employed as a bartender for Harborside Bar and Grille, West Ocean City, MD for 10 years.

He was a member of the Tivoli Beneficial Association, Reading. Jeff loved the beach, fishing, music, the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jeff is also survived by, Lynne A. Eckroth, with whom he resided; his brother, Scott M., Reading; his aunt, Kathy, wife of Manuel Rodriguez, Trenton, NJ; his uncle, Michael, husband of Patricia Rader, Roanoke, VA and one niece, Jessica Kline, Clementon, NJ.

Services will be Wednesday at 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Burial will be private in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
