Jeannette L. Conner

Jeannette L. (Thomaskey) Conner, 102, of Cumru Township, died May 12, 2015, in Manor Care, Laureldale.

Her husband, Robert F. Conner, Jr., died on January 17, 1996. They were married for 56 years.

Born in Hollidaysburg, Blair County, she was the daughter of the late John Carl and Sarah (Bogner) Thomaskey.

At age 13, she moved to Reading and has lived there ever since.

Jeannette was predeceased by her sister: Kathleen Thomaskey and her brother: Howard F. Thomaskey.

She was employed by Shoener's Candy, Reading, for 10 years, retiring in 1973.

Jeannette was a member of Seventh-Day Adventists, Shillington.

Graveside services will be Friday May 15th, at 11 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery, Shillington.
