Jeanne E. Lebo

Jeanne Ellen Lebo, 90, of Womelsdorf, died July 10, 2012 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, where she had been a patient since June 28.

She was the wife of Guy Edward Lebo who died October 28, 2007.

Born June 28, 1922 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late James Edward and Annie (Yorgey) Long.

Jeanne was a 1940 graduate of Wyomissing High School.

She was employed in the cafeteria of Wilson Central Junior High School, where she was affectionately known as "The Twinky Lady."

Jeanne was a member of Hillside Christian Church, Reinholds.

Surviving are three sons: John H. Lebo of West Lawn; Jeffrey P., husband of Christine L. (Reifsnyder) Lebo of Lincoln Park and Joel E., husband of Ann Marie (Lawlor) Lebo of Sinking Spring.

In addition, she is survived by a daughter-in-law, Elizabeth C. (Liss) Lebo of Lincoln Park; a sister, Barbara J. Weiss of Long Island, NY; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, James E. Lebo who died June 21, 2003 and three siblings, Anne Yeisley, Robert Long and Grace Lindemuth.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Hillside Christian Church, 3322 E. Galen Hall Road, Reinholds. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the church. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
