Jean H. Sheehan

Jean H. Sheehan, 82 of Reinholds, died March 7, 2007 in ManorCare, Sinking Spring.

She was the wife of Eugene O. Sheehan.

Born in Cressona, she was a daughter of the late William and Mae (Messer) Berger.

She was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School in 1942.

Jean was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle, R.C.C., Shillington. She was also a past president of the Catholic Women's Club of Reading and Berks County.

She is survived by five daughters, Judith A. Fisher, Muhlenberg Twp., Mary M. Shuman, Wyomissing, Barbara J. Troutman, Reading, Theresa A. Tyrrell, Charleston, SC and Sharon L. Rogers, Clayton, NM; and four sons, Eugene E., Anchorage, AK, Michael T., Wyomissing, Kevin F. and Thomas P., both of Colorado Springs, CO.

Other survivors include one brother, Donald W. Berger, Hyde Park and one sister, Carletta M. Ruffner, Shillington. Twenty-six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren also survive her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. John Baptist de La Salle, Kerrick Road and Mitti Road, Shillington, PA 19607.
