Jean H. Reber

Jean H. Reber, 75, Perry Township, died Sept. 9 at 2:40 p.m. in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since Sept. 7.

Her husband, Robert L. Reber, died Dec. 26, 1993.

Born in Barto, she was a daughter of the late James and A. Grace (Moll) Walker.

Reber had been employed for 12 years as a medical receptionist in the Reading offices of Dr. Vladimir Kolton, retiring in 1994.

She was a 1949 graduate of West Reading High School.

Reber is survived by a daughter, Roberta R. (Reber) Robinson, St. Lawrence; and two sons, James W., Redmond, Wash., and Robert A., with whom she resided.

Other survivors include a brother, James A. Walker, Pinehurst, N.C.

There are also three grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Friends may call from 1:30-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
