Jean Louise (Landis) Leinbach, 77, of Spring Township, died November 15th at 5:27 pm in the Highlands Skilled Care Unit, Wyomissing, where she had been since September 13th.
She was the widow of Theodore M. Leinbach, Jr., who died April 2, 2004.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Dr. James E. Landis and Constance H. (Hummler) Landis-Klein.
She was a graduate of The Knox School of Cooperstown, New York and a graduate of Stephen's College, Columbia, Missouri.
Leinbach is survived by a daughter, Constance "Connie" L. Leinbach of Wyomissing and a son, James L. husband of Francine A. (Pulice) Leinbach of Derwood, Maryland.
Other survivors include five grandchildren, Catherine Farley, Alec Farley, Theodore Leinbach, Cecelia Leinbach and James Leinbach, Jr.
Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hawk Mt. Sanctuary Association, 1700 Hawk Mountain Road, Kempton, Pa 19529.
