Jean I. Matz

Jean I. Matz, 85, went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2023, in her Reading Residence.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Francis Louis and Anna Belle Lee (Ritz) Matz.

She went to Southwest Junior High School and Reading Senior High School.

Jean served our nation proudly and valiantly in the US Navy.

She was a warm, loving, kind, and caring person to everyone she knew. She also was a lover of adventure.

She is survived by her sister, Frances Pianelli, CA., her nephew, Daniel Pianelli, CA; and her friend of 35 years, Jannine Shapiro, Reading.
