Jared C. Miller

Jared C. Miller, 69, of Reading, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2014 in ManorCare Health Services, Spring Township.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Edgar O. and Pearl O. (Kirlin) Miller, and brother of the late Edgar A. Miller.

He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Reading.

Jared attended Exeter High School.

He was employed by Threshold Workshops, Reading.

Jared enjoyed bowling, swimming, gardening, attending church and reading the Bible. He was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia and Reading Phillies.

Survivors include his sister-in-law, two nieces, two aunts and his loving foster family.

Services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
